The 2019 HN Mini Grant process exceeded our expectations with over 100 applicants ready to complete community projects or start their own business. With such a variety of community assets right here in Riviera Beach and Northern West Palm Beach, we know that investing in these projects will only strengthen these communities and help them to soar.
The Arts Lounge creates a safe place where students can create art in a healthy and safe environment, while benefitting from the therapeutic properties inherent in the expressive arts.
Trindy Gourmet’s cooking classes are designed for young men and teens focused on foods that reduce anxiety and increase mental sharpness.
The SOS Project provides basic lawn care and maintenance to seniors unable to work on their own yards, either due to health or financial reasons.
Introduces boys and girls, ages 13-17, to successful entrepreneurs, small business owners and leaders headquartered in Palm Beach County.
The Healthy Brothers' project emphasizes the importance of making healthier choices throughout Riviera Beach, Pleasant City, and the Northwood areas.
Increases the community’s access and education to healthy foods, by providing free, healthy meal options to families in the surrounding communities.

Manifest Church created "Barbershop Talk" as a platform for men of all ages to engage in a deep dive around the community issues affecting them, including the root causes of trauma and violence.
Parent Project is a program to help parents and youth that exhibit behavioral issues. the program gives parents tools to address the unwanted behavior rather than the youth personally. it allows opportunities for parents to come together, learn together, and create a cohort of support.
